    Check the timing on this car as I thoguht the timing chain had jumped, timing is fine.

    Car drove today no probs when to restart it again and it came back with:

    P0501
    P0171
    P0301
    P0321

    Codes will clear and car will start but wont rev. re read codes and P0501 is back.

    Any helps guy would be great

    It does sounds like it is sucking in air but for the life of me cant find it - wasnt making the sucking sound earlier lol

    hi there if engine timing is deff spot on. possible crank sensor fault. throttle range performence is possible air leak/throttle body faulty. what year is it. there is modified chain and tensioner kit for these motors depending on year

    Its 2002, cams etc.. all line up.

    Car drove fine, over 25miles, then parked up then it started messing about. Diffo sounds like its sucking in to much air, but cant see any damaged pipes etc..

    Going to double check all again today or over the weekend
